Longlegs 4K Steelbook Edition Preorders Are Steeply Discounted At Amazon

One of the most memorable and disturbing horror films of 2024 will be reissued with an appropriately unsettling steelbook case next month. Preorders for the 4K Blu-ray Steelbook Edition of Longlegs opened last month for $50; if you were waiting to see if the price dropped, your patience has been rewarded. Amazon and Walmart have slashed the price of the upcoming release to $33. Once you place your preorder for Longlegs Steelbook Edition, you’ll be eligible for any additional discounts offered between now and its June 24 launch. You won’t be charged for your preorder until Amazon/Walmart ships your Blu-ray next month.

This 4K Blu-ray comes with a creepy steelbook featuring Nicolas Cage’s character on the cover. The interior art features an overhead view of a desk with a smattering of papers and other knickknacks from the film. Longlegs follows FBI Agent Lee Harker as she is tasked with tracking down a serial killer. However, things take an even darker turn when she begins discovering strange clues that point her toward something of occult origins. What follows is a tense chase to stop the killer before they strike again, and performances from Maiki Monroe and Nicolas Cage make it a chilling story that’ll stick with you long after the credits roll. The film pulled in nearly $130 million during its theatrical run and is sitting with generally favorable reviews on Metacritic (GameSpot’s sister site), largely thanks to an unsettling performance from Nicolas Cage.
